castiger ramblings 25/6-01/7

i know i know longgggggg time since my last reply, but hey i have a full time job at last hehe (just call me mr post sorter hehe). and today in a time off just had to come back on to rant about a certain act of Tony Blair yesterday. Why are they making him middle east peace envoy? the guy who went to war in afghanistan iraq and wanted it with iran. and he is a peace envoy? bloody hell might aswell also employ the palestine leader while your at it just to make it all that safer .

the second rant today is about slackers at work. i now work as a mail sorter at normanton. there are 2 main mail sorter groups both of the same size. so how come we sort a good 5 times quicker than them and finish 15 minuites later???? everyone knows it we even get a bigger work load to make it look like we are the same. just because they are employed by royal mail and we are agency doesnt give them an immediate gods given will .

anyway now to the buisness at hand,
was sat in the lounge today when my girlfriend was doing a peice of maths. she randomly asked what a triangle inequality was. Well for some reason this got me thinking about inequality (dont ask me how i just did) and connected it to wimbeldon starting this week.
   Why should women be paid the same as men at wimbeldon at the moment? its political correctness gone mad. Women play 3 sets men play 5 so averaging out as per hour on court men are paid considerable less on average (unless your rodger federer which its 3 sets anyway). if the women want equal pay at the tournement then they need to do equal work. just like nobody appreciates someone making too much at work why should it be different in sports.

   On a seperate note its unlucky that Andy Murray is out of wimbeldon and hope he gets better with his wrist. COME ON Henman this is your year.

   Thoughts go out to Alan Johnson and hope for his swift return from his captivity its been long enough and his captours should realise their getting nothing from this act of hell.
